Why am I not able to proceed from the checkout shipping page.

Shipping is done in only in the state of Kerala. So if the given delivery address is not in Kerala then it will not be possible to go forward from the checkout shipping page. This generally happens because your billing address will be taken as the delivery address by default. You need to use the change address button to select/add the correct shipping address. If you see the message
"No delivery possible to the current selected delivery address." then with the change address button correct delivery address should be added/selected. Using the change address WILL NOT change your primary/billing account.

Why am I not able to proceed from the checkout payment page.

This is because not selecting any payment method. At present there are 2 payment method possible in kairalishop. Check/Money order or Credit/Debit card using paypal. These options are displayed at the bottom of the page. You have to explicitly select one of these payment methods to proceed from the payment page.


Can I pay using my credit card without using paypal.

At present it is not possible to pay with your credit without using paypal. This is to ensure highest security for your credit card data as your credit card information is only stored with paypal. But if you don't want to create a paypal account, you could select the pay without paypal account option(Shown on the bottom left side of the paypal payment screen) from paypal.

How can I get my money back in case of any problems

In case of any problems, the order will be cancelled and your money will be returned with immediate effect.

How do I know if delivery is available to a certain location on a certain date.

As mentioned in our policy, we will deliver all the perishable goods in any of the 4 districts(Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam). Non perishable goods can be delivered anywhere in kerala. If the delivery date can be selected during the checkout then this means we are able to deliver in this specified date. In case of any unforeseen circumstances if we are not able to deliver then we will cancel the order and return your money ASAP. So it is advisable to make the order instead of contacting us for possible delivery informations.
