Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery schedule varies between Same Day Delivery (Express Delivery) to delivery within seven business days depending on the destination city or town. We shall do home delivery in KOTTAYAM, ALAPPUZHA, THRISSUR, ERNAKULAM and PATHANAMTHITTA districts. In all other places delivery will be done by the Courier agencies. It could be possible that delivery is not possible in some locations. In that case the money will be refunded.. We will do the home delivery in the above mentioned 4 districts if you can select the desired delivery date during the checkout process. So it is advisable to place the order than contacting as about the delivery possibility which will waste the valued time.

2. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also not reachable on phone OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made.

3. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

    Hotel

      Full address of the hotel.

      Room No.
    *
      Telephone number of the hotel.
    *
      Name of Tour company, if applicable.

      Hospital
    *
      Full address of the hospital.
    *
      Ward number or name.
    *
      Home address of recipient with phone number.

4. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

5. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases..
