How do I order?

We've designed our website to ensure finding and ordering gifts is easy. Each order can contain one or more gifts and can be sent to one recipient's address. If you're buying two gifts for two recipients at two locations, you'll need to place two separate orders. If you do have any queries at any time, please contact us. Finished - Thats it! The order has now been placed. You will automatically be emailed an order number and confirmation of the order details. You may also log back in at any time and check your order in the 'My Account' screen. Once again if you do have any queries at any time, please contact us.

How can I pay? / What are the payment methods?

Credit/Debit Cards: accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Can I cancel or return an unwanted gift?

Yes, as per our Terms & Conditions, you can return your item to us within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' state. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. To recieve a PRC, contact us. Perhisable goods and customised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Will my Recipient know the value of the gift(s) I am sending?

No. Along with the gift, we include a Packing Slip and a Greeting Card with your personal message. No details are sent which lists the value of the gift you have purchased. Instead this is automatically emailed to you when you place your order.

Will my Recipient know who the gift(s) is from?

Yes. The Packing Slip automatically includes the customer's full name, address and contact details. We do reccommend however that you complete the Greeting field when placing an order.

Is my personal details secure?

We have a well constituted & strict privacy policy which can be read by clicking here. In brief the policy states that: We don't share our customer data with anybody. We don’t have any such so called partner sites with whom we share data. No unsolicited emails are sent from us. We send occasional emails to you to keep you informed about our services but only to those customers who have instructed us to do so. The instructions can be modified by loging into the customer section.

Are there any hidden charges or any shipping cost involved?

No there is no charge except that mentioned along with the item. This is what you pay.

I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?

As soon as we receive the order, an order confirmation email is sent and order status is created in your customer section. As we get Credit Card Authorization, the same is updated in the order tracking section and an email is sent to you. This may take few seconds to several minutes. If you have not received the email, you can verify the payment status through order tracking. If in the order tracking section, the card status is not verified and it has been some time that you have not got our email, then you can again make the payment by clicking on the link "Pay Now". By doing so through this link you will be charged just once, though you may get a new order number. Or you can email us on for any assistance.

How are the flowers delivered?

All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities and a strict guidelines and standard are maintained to ensure that the flowers are fresh and are up to the standard laid by the industry.

Where all can the delivery be made?

The delivery is possible in all major towns and cities of Kerala.

Is the delivery possible on holidays?

Yes, in most of the cities and towns the delivery is possible on holidays but there may be some exceptions.

What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?

In this case the delivery is made to the neighbours, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf.

Where can I enter special instructions?

If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address, kindly write in the additional information box provided in the checkout form. If you have already placed the order then you can write the information in an email to with the order number.

How can I cancel or reschedule an order?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your order due to unforeseen circumstances you can email at, at least one day before the scheduled delivery date.

How can I change an order?

If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email to, atleast one day before the scheduled delivery date. You can also get the items in the orders changed but due to legal constraints value of the order cannot be changed. For this order is to be cancelled and new order is to be placed.

How can I best care for my flowers?

To keep your flowers fresh and long lasting, change or add water daily. If possible, re-cut the end of flower stems under water. You may also add a floral preservative to maximize the freshness and life of your flowers. Keep your flowers in comfortable room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. With this proper care your flowers are expected to last for approximately 5 days.
