Shipping
All Gifts are shipped by our dedicated delivery persons. The ordered items will be delivered as gifts and We will not enclose invoice along with the gift hamper.

Substitution of a Gift
The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color)/other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained. Certain times a gift shown might be out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute the basket of similar item. We may not seek your permission to do so in case of late orders. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain uncontrollable circumstances such as product not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description and price shall be delivered.

Refund/Return Policy
All gifts are delivered in person and our delivery person confirms the secure delivery of your gift to the recipient. In the event of any damage to your gift provided you notify the damage to the delivery person before he/she leaves place. We have a 100% percentage customer satisfaction guaranteed.
